# Scheduling meetings

> Book meetings from forms, contact records, or emailed available times links.

Routera can offer meeting booking after a [form](/kb/creating-forms) submit, from a contact record, or by sending available times in email. Availability comes from each host’s [connected calendar](/kb/integrating-cals) and schedule settings.

<Note>
  Meeting scheduling is available on paid plans (same upgrade path as Form builder). Hosts need a calendar connected under **Settings** → **Profile** → **Calendar**.
</Note>

***

## From a form (after submit)

1. Open the form editor → **Settings**.
2. Under **After submit**, choose **Schedule a meeting** or **Let visitor choose**.
3. Select a **router** whose members’ calendars power slots, and configure meeting rules (duration, timezone, notice, buffer, window).
4. Save and share the form.

Visitors who submit see the meeting step, pick a slot, then the thank-you page.

## From a contact record

1. Open a **Contact** record.
2. Click **Schedule meeting**.
3. Choose the **host**, **duration**, and **timezone**.
4. Pick an available slot and confirm.

The booking uses the host’s calendar availability.

## Offer available times in email

1. Compose an email from a contact (or related engagement flow).
2. Insert **available times** for the recipient.
3. Send the email. The recipient opens the public booking link and confirms a slot.

<Tip>
  Connect calendars for every host who appears in form routers or contact scheduling. See [Integrate calendars](/kb/integrating-cals) if busy times are missing or incorrect.
