Although connecting a calendar to Routera is optional, it is strongly recommended. Connecting your calendar will automatically update your availability based on your calendar events. Routera currently supports either a Google Calendar account or an Outlook Calendar account. You can use the following resources to create a calendar account if you haven’t done so:
You can only connect one calendar account per user. Additionally, only Microsoft 365 Outlook Calendar accounts are supported.

Connecting Your Google Calendar

To connect your Google Calendar to Routera, follow these steps:
  • Open your account Settings and go to Calendar.
  • Click Connect Calendar.
  • Select Google Calendar. A pop-up will appear asking you to log in to your Google Account.

You have successfully connected your Google Calendar account.

Connecting Your Microsoft Outlook Calendar

To connect your Microsoft Outlook Calendar to Routera, follow these steps:
  • Open your account Settings and go to Calendar.
  • Click Connect Calendar.
  • Select Microsoft Outlook Calendar. A pop-up will appear asking you to log in to your Microsoft Account.
  • Click Accept to give Routera access to your account and connect your calendar.
