Forms

Forms let you capture leads with a branded builder, optionally assign them through a router, and choose what happens after submit—thank-you only, schedule a meeting, request a callback, or let the visitor choose.

Create a form

1. Open Forms in the sidebar.
2. Click Create Form.
3. Routera opens the form editor for the new form.

Build the form

In the editor you can:

1. Edit the form name.
2. Add and arrange fields and text blocks on the canvas.
3. Adjust design (logo, colors, layout).
4. Customize the success (thank-you) page.
5. Use live preview to switch between the form, post-submit steps (meeting or callback), and the success page.

Save your changes before sharing the form.

Lead routing and after submit

Open form Settings in the editor.

Lead routing

When After submit is set to Success message only, you can optionally assign submissions through a router so the right teammate owns the lead.

After submit

Choose one option: For Schedule a meeting or Let visitor choose, select a router whose members’ calendars power availability. Members need a connected calendar. Configure meeting rules such as duration, timezone, notice, and buffer as needed. For Request a callback or Let visitor choose, select a voice agent that places the callback, and set delay options.

Share and embed

1. In the form editor, open Share / Embed.
2. Copy the public link, or copy the embed snippet for your website.
3. Visitors open the public form (share URL or embed) to submit.

After submit, the visitor follows your After submit flow, then sees the thank-you page you designed.
