Workspace members can place outbound calls from Routera when a phone number is assigned to them. Purchase and configure numbers under Phone numbers; use this guide for personal calling, assignment, and call history. Outbound call UI from a contact record

Assign a number for outbound calls

Numbers used for in-app calling are typically set to Calls only usage and assigned to a member:
  1. Open Voice AgentsPhone Numbers, then open a number.
  2. Under Usage, select Calls only (or keep agents if you also use voice agents on that number).
  3. Assign the number to an account member so they can use it as caller ID.
  4. Click Save.

For better outbound answer rates, enable Branded Call on the number so recipients see your business name. See Phone numbers.

Call from a contact

  1. Open a Contact that has a phone number on file.
  2. Click Call (permission and available minutes may apply).
  3. Complete the call from the call popup using your assigned number.
Calling may be restricted by plan or permissions; Routera shows an upgrade or access message when needed.

Call History

  1. Open Call History under Voice in the sidebar.
  2. Review past calls in the activity table (including details such as transcription when available).
