Routera can offer meeting booking after a form submit, from a contact record, or by sending available times in email. Availability comes from each host’s connected calendar and schedule settings.
Meeting scheduling is available on paid plans (same upgrade path as Form builder). Hosts need a calendar connected under SettingsProfileCalendar.

From a form (after submit)

  1. Open the form editor → Settings.
  2. Under After submit, choose Schedule a meeting or Let visitor choose.
  3. Select a router whose members’ calendars power slots, and configure meeting rules (duration, timezone, notice, buffer, window).
  4. Save and share the form.
