Admins can hide or show main sidebar pages per user or team. Footer items—Alerts, Settings, and Profile—always stay available for everyone. Settings Navigation with user or team and page checkboxes

Configure sidebar visibility

  1. Open Settings → Navigation.
  2. Choose User or Team, then select the person or team.
  3. Check or uncheck the pages they should see in the main sidebar.
  4. Click Save.
Controllable areas include: Unchecked pages are hidden from that user or team’s sidebar. A user override takes priority over team settings when both apply.
Only users with permission to edit navigation settings can change these controls. Changes apply after save; the sidebar updates for affected members.
